Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
